Turnaround Time/Edits

After your shoot you will receive a custom link with all the RAW photos that we took. Link can be provided up to 12 hours after balance is paid (Usually next morning). If your balance cannot be paid post shoot your photos will not be released to you this includes late fees. Once your link is sent out you have up to 48 hours to send back your photos for edit, after 48 hours edits request for edits will no longer be applicable to you. Please allow up to 72 hours to be returned back.

Rescheduling/Cancelation

Rescheduling and cancelation at least 24 hours in advance is completely free. Any rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance for the same day will result in a $25 fee to accommodate you. Same day cancellation will result in a $25 fee, so you will have a balance of $25 that must be sent with your next deposit when booking again. DEPOSITS DON’T GO TOWARDS RESCHEDULING OR CANCELATION FEES.
